the 39th annual Santa Claus Parade was held on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 and had to be the coldest on record! Temperatures with the windchill was averaging -25 degrees! Brrrrr..............Congratulations to all who took part and to the PDG Rec. Committee on a job well done!
